General rules of the company :
-Each passenger must be at the travel agency/place of departure 30 minutes before the departure of the bus.
-Each passenger must get on and off the bus only at the right place and time.
– Each passenger must not carry prohibited or illegal items such as weapons, explosives, narcotic substances etc.
-Each passenger must have their passport and valid travel documents to cross the border point.
Travel tickets :
-The travel ticket stamped by the company, attached to its cover, is a rule for each line of international passenger transport.
-Tickets are personal, so not usable by others and valid only for the specified route in the ticket.
-The price of each ticket is determined and approved by the relevant ministry.
-A round-trip ticket costs 10% less than the total value of two single trips.
-A round-trip ticket is valid and can be left open for 90 days from the first trip date.
-Every passenger must confirm the return date 40 hours before the departure.
-Changes to the date or time of the trip are allowed only once within 48 hours before departure.
– The agency will keep 50% of the total ticket value if it is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure.
– The agency does not provide refunds for tickets cancelled on the day of travel.
-If the passenger returns by the legal border point due to his documents the agency will not refund the ticket value for any reason.
– Children aged 0-4 travel for free but must not occupy a seat on the bus.
-Children aged 4-12 pay 50% of ticket price and are entitled to a seat on the bus.
Luggage and suitcases:
– Passengers who have paid for their ticket are entitled to bring up to 20kg of luggage.
– You will need to pay 5euros for the second piece of luggage.
– Baggage weighing over 40 kg incurs a fee of 5euros per kilogram.
– Each piece of luggage and bag must have a unique serial number assigned by the agency.
– The agency is not responsible for any loss or damage to passengers’ luggage during travel.
– Each passenger is responsible for the contents of their luggage according to both border and administrative authorities.
